Meetings someone can accept with one tap

Ask for a 1:1 with a coworker and the bot handles the negotiation. It sends them an invitation card — the dates you offered, the window those dates sit in, how long the meeting runs — with three buttons underneath: Accept, Decline, and Suggest another time. Nobody types a time back at anybody.

You propose a window rather than a single moment, and the whole meeting has to fit inside it. A 30-minute 1:1 in a 13:00–15:00 window may start at 14:30 and never at 14:45. A window too short for the meeting you asked for is refused when you ask, not after your coworker has been bothered about it.

An invitation expires, and it expires at the sensible moment: 48 hours out, or the last instant a slot on the final date you offered could still start — whichever comes first. Only one negotiation with a given person runs at a time, in either direction, so an invitation can never be quietly buried by the next one.

Booking the calendar is a separate decision, made by each person for themselves. An Employee who connects their Google account lets the bot put an accepted meeting straight into it — title, time, and the invitees' email addresses, with Google sending the invitation out. An Employee who connects nothing still gets the card and can still accept; the meeting is agreed either way.
