Memory, so nobody repeats themselves
The bot remembers context between conversations.

Your last Remote Work Request was Tuesday and Thursday. Filing those two again — sending it to your Lead now.
Every Employee has a Memory: preferences, personal context, and summaries of Requests they made before. It is written one insight at a time as ordinary conversation happens — nobody fills in a form, and one insight never overwrites another.
The three most recent entries are always in front of the bot. Older ones are searched on demand, when what is being discussed points at something those three do not cover.
A Memory belongs to one Employee inside one Workspace, and every read of it is scoped that way. One Workspace cannot reach into another.
Deletion works from either side. The dashboard lists an Employee’s Memory and removes entries one at a time. In Slack, an HR Head can go further and erase an Employee outright: profile, Memory, conversations, and any Knowledge Gaps they triggered are hard-deleted — removed, not flagged. Their Request records are kept for continuity, and choosing the anonymize mode instead also blanks the personal fields on those records and replaces the Employee’s ID with a placeholder.
What an Employee is told about this is in the Employee guide.
