Terms of Service

The service

AI HR Bot is a Slack application. It answers HR questions from a Knowledge Base your HR team writes, keeps Leave Balances, and routes Requests through the Approval Chain your Workspace configures.

Installing it

Install the app only for a Slack workspace you are entitled to act for. The Slack account that runs the install becomes an HR Head for the Workspace and can appoint others.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to store data you are not entitled to process, and do not attempt to reach another Workspace’s data.

Availability

The service is provided as-is. We do not currently offer a contractual availability commitment.

Ending it

You can remove the service at any time, either by removing the app from your Slack workspace or by pressing Disconnect in the dashboard. Either action deletes your Workspace and the data held against it. The Privacy Policy describes exactly what that removes.

Changes

We may change these terms. Material changes will be announced in the changelog before they take effect.

What these terms do not yet cover

They do not set out fees and billing, limits of liability, or a governing law. Those are being prepared and will be added here.
